ReAL Edgemere Community Land Trust (CLT) is seeking qualified individuals to join its growing board, as it moves into the next phases of its development work in the Rockaways. Residents of the Rockaway peninsula are welcome to apply. 

Applications are open now and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are at least eighteen years of age;

• Are committed to supporting the CLT’s mission;

• Have at least 10 hours per month to commit to the CLT, including regular meetings of the board and its committees;

• Have a commitment to realizing resilience in the Rockaways; and

• Have strong ties to local community development, advocacy, youth, and civic organizations.

In addition, individuals with affordable housing development experience are welcome to apply provided that they reside in New York State.
